The meaning is telling all the people in this Earth be aware that the future of penguins are our future also.

Approach:

~My area is icemelting . As for my assignment 3, the title is "who's going to answer them?" which i plan to use everything i have done in Assignment 1 and Assignment 2 to be in my poster. . Acually my lecture gave me some idea that i must say thank you to her.
~First, I will use the pen tools to trace the iceberg from the references i found in the Internet. So, i will spend a lot of time in using this "pen tool" to get the best shape in the poster.
~Gradient Color System, this will be the color system i use the most.
~Eyedrop Tool, this tools i will use the get the original color from the reference i have.
~I also Use alot of effect in my works wich i have learned it from BOOK.

Comment: At first i didn't know anything of Illustrator Cs3 and i had to do my assignment by using this programm. i can say in that time i hate this programm and do my assignment.... !!! But after i asked from my lecture and get more information about that i can say my mind has chang. I really like to learn more about this.

Step 5: My Poster.

5) Finally…. You can see my poster: I used a black background for my composition to make it more like a poster. I added my message, which relates to saving the penguin’s lives. I my info contact at the lower left of my poster. I also added the logo at the lower right of the composition.

Step 4

Step 4

4) Forth step of making the poster: First I went to the Ellipse tool+ shift to make a circle. Secondly, I went to object>path>add anchor point for several times. Third, I went to filter>Distort>pucker & bloat. Then I clicked on preview, clicked on choose 0-14 number then ok.† Forth, I clicked on scallop that is under wrap tool (double click) then for width and height I put 140 pt with 20% intensity and I chose 10 for complexity. Fifth, I put the plus sign on the center of the circle.† I selected the sun, went to the palette tool and to color (yellow+ orange) and then the gradient tool to apply color.

Step 3

3) Third step of making the poster: In this step I start to apply color to my composition. To shade the color of eyes, I used color from the color tool and dragged it to gradient tool. I used two tones: blue and white and I arranged it in this way. In this picture we can see the black line around the ice. I used the stroke tool to take out the black outline around the ice.

Step 2

2) Second step of making the poster: In this part of the composition, I used the pen tool to draw the Ice. I was trying to show that the ice is melting. My ice is composed of three parts. First part is the on the ice. Second part is the middle of the ice, which I drew separately with the pen tool. The third part is the shadow of the ice. After this I put my penguins on the ice.

Assignment three: My poster

1) First step of making the poster: First of all, I used a picture from the Internet to get an idea of the exact proportions of a penguin. For drawing the penguins I used the pen tool. I used distorted lines for creating form or the body of the penguin.
